Abstract

Trade in services to assess the investment attractiveness of projects plays a signifi cant role in the international hotel market. Hotel projects are among the most complex and capital-intensive in the commercial real estate market. One of the key stages in the development of hotel projects is the assessment of its investment attractiveness. The article deals with the method of assessing the investment attractiveness of the project, widely used in the international hotel business. Examples of the calculation of key economic indicators reflecting the feasibility of implementation and investment attractiveness of the hotel are given.
