Abstract

The article examines the factors of innovative territorial clusters’ formation and development, and shows the significance for the development of national economics. Based on foreign experience, the factors necessary for further development of the cluster policy are demonstrated.
The current state of innovative clusters development in the Russian economy is considered. The author suggests several ways of solving the existing problems.
