Abstract

The article examines the influence of integration on development of Russian and foreign companies. The characteristic of different integration forms is presented, such as strategic alliances, territorial clusters, units of competitive companies. Examples of development of several foreign companies, which participate in the process of integration are given. Development of different collaborative forms between companies for industry are presented.
