Abstract

The article examines main stages of management development. Characteristics of old and new management approaches are given. The author considers main forms of modern management concept. Experience of foreign companies that use new management approaches is analyzed. The article defines reasons hindering the use of progressive methods of management. Special attention is given to the priority tasks necessary to improve the level of management for Russian enterprises.
