Integration of project management into foreign economic activity

Abstract

In this article, the author considers project management as a tool to increase the efficiency of foreign economic activity. Academic community evaluates project management as a new kind of management activity, optimally adapted to the current socio-economic conditions. The author
proved the feasibility of project management usage in the foreign trade activities sphere, both at the state and individual businesses levels. The article presents the practical experience of effective project management using the example of foreign economic activities of oil and gas companies.
