Abstract

The article presents the Integrated Multilevel Trade Resilience Classifier (IMTRC) for assessing foreign trade efficiency under sanctions pressure. The methodology synthesizes economic resilience theory and global trade network analysis. The classifier includes five levels: structural adaptability, financial resilience, technological complexity, logistics efficiency, and institutional sustainability. A multiplicative model links the baseline component with a dynamic multiplier. The empirical testing of the tool was conducted using data from Russia and China for 2015–2024. Validation confirms a correlation with expert assessments at r = 0.891 and R² = 0.783.
