Abstract

The article examines the development and trade of cross-cutting technologies within the framework of international scientific and technical cooperation. Existing economic models of international collaboration were investigated, and contemporary economic barriers to the development and trading of cross-cutting technologies were identified. During the research, a model for the use of cross-cutting technologies in international trade was developed, along with a description of an economic algorithm for selecting cross-cutting technologies. The model contains economic development indicators related to the development and trading of cross-cutting technologies.
