The expansion of trade and economic relations between Russia and the People’s Republic of China requires knowledge and experience to improve the process of draft ing a foreign trade contract with Chinese partners. Different stages of negotiations usually take a considerable length of time to agree on the form and terms of the contract. At the same time, Chinese companies put forward a number of conditions that need to be worked out in advance for the possibility of their acceptance. First of all, it is necessary to fully check the partner, draft a contract in Chinese with Chinese as a governing language, affix seals on the edge of each page of the contract, etc. Acceptance of these and some other requirements ensures effective execution and completion of foreign trade contracts.
