Abstract

The authors consider a change of the structure of factors forming competitiveness of the countries in the world economy, an increase of value of information technology, analyze communication between the growth in the country of high technologies and information
technology in particular and competitiveness level. They also consider the levels and factors of competitiveness of information technology.
