Main tools of the electronic trade, rendering essential influence on realization of functions of marketing in international trade are defined in the article. Application of e-mail, studying of resources of a network the Internet is in detail analyzed, application of websites and adjustment of interactive dialogue with buyers is investigated, the role of acceleration of realization of the goods for increase of competitiveness of the enterprise comes to light, the beginning of process of creation of Internet-shops by the industrial enterprises of the Russian Federation is considered.
