Abstract

The article is devoted to knowledge management that represents a new type of functional activity in the management of transnational corporations. The author considers knowledge as a strategic resource that provides sustainable economic development of transnational corporations. This article reflects the methodological bases of strategic development of fuel and oil companies, based on the use of knowledge as a key organizational resource in the era of postindustrial economic development. The article presents a practical experience of effective knowledge management on the example of transnational corporations of oil and gas industry.
