Abstract

The article considers the main trends of cross-border cooperation as a structural element of the state economic policy of the country within which all participants are focused on the search of a flexible mode of cross-border economic relations. The presented analysis of the international and domestic mechanisms in public procurement proves that the mechanism of electronic auctions allows to expand significantly the possibilities of foreign suppliers participation. The authors propose a model to organize participation of Russian and foreign companies in public procurement in the form of electronic auctions, which is based on four integration administrative mechanisms allowing to create comfortable conditions for cross-border cooperation expansion.
