Abstract

The method proposed by the authors applies to crowdsourcing technologies from international information space. That implies the phased use of full cycle management system of global creativity, improvement of foreign economic relations for manufactures, providing of competitiveness for the activities at the sphere of foreign economics and development of innovation clusters.
