Abstract

The stiff competition in politics, economy, social environment, engineering and technology provides for increased competition in the labour market. The globalization processes determine the activities of companies not only in the Russian, but also in foreign markets that require special training of management personnel. The Russian Foreign Trade Academy has vast experience in training specialists in this field, and it is necessary to use the capabilities of the Academy for training management personnel for the constituent entities of the Russian Federation.
