Abstract

Tourism is more than just an industry, it enables to improve and enhance the transport, information and telecommunication and social infrastructure. Innovative tourism is based on the concept of sustainable development. Separate tourism and recreational clusters are being created
and developed in many foreign countries. It is shown that concentration of innovations in clusters facilitates more eff ective development of tourism focused on sustainable development. The article analyzes the methods and tools for managing investment projects and tourism development
programs in countries such as South Korea, Japan, China, Italy, France, Spain, Croatia and Turkey.
