ВТО и региональные интеграционные объединения: соотношение «правовых сил» в урегулирования торговых споров

Abstract

The article is devoted to dispute settlement procedures of the World Trade Organization and regional economic integration organizations in the light of the problem of concurrence of jurisdictions. There are horizontal relations between them, and the issue of conflict of jurisdictions is not settled at all. The problem may be resolved by the development of new doctrines and by application of more flexible methods of interpretation of procedural principles, reflecting the modern conditions of administration of international justice.
