Abstract

The author substantiates the necessity of giving the corporate culture of organizations, innovative character, challenging all employees to identify and implement changes to improve performance. The article describes the distinctive characteristics of an innovative culture. It consideres «the concept of the seven forces of cultural change» as a possible course of action for the company’s management, which sets the processes of cultural change in motion.
