Abstract

Foreign economic activities of virtually all countries in the world have long gone beyond traditional trade relations. Due to the development of e-commerce and the emergence of Internet platforms, there is no need to hold personal meetings. In order to purchase any good, even the average consumer does not need to leave the house. And it is the question not only of purchases in the city or the country, but also about the order and delivery of the goods from other countries. In view of the growing popularity of the use of new technologies, the necessity to protect the rights of consumers is increasing.
