Abstract

Any direction of international business requires analytical analysis of the chain of external uncontrollable factors and variables that influence the company under study, taking into account the objective conditions and determining quantities characterizing the internal control factors of the particular organization. As people are always driven by the actions of the needs and interests, due to their nature and role in the socio-economic structure of the motives of human activity, the apparent ones are economic and social. The article presents an overview of the main social laws
of the organization theory, suggesting that the system of interests and needs should be the basis of the control mechanism. Thus, effective management should allow for a variety of individual, group and organizational interests.
