The author considers in article trends of innovative activity stages formation of within the companies. He notes the strong increase of value of innovative process for realization of strategy of business operations of the company, reveals the main, basic schemes and shows value of
organizational knowledge bases. In the article approach to the analysis of innovative activity of some authoritative foreign economists is made comments, and also analyzes practical activities of the companies of the different states (the USA and the countries of Europe) in development of
staging and productivity of creation of innovative activity.
