Abstract

International law is the greatest achievement of the mankind. It embodies a global consensus on acceptable and unacceptable behaviour, justice and injustice. The rule of law principle as well as the notion of the primacy of international law in international relations, its treatment as a global public value should constitute the base of the lawyers’ education. One of the instruments of such education is the International moot court competition “WTO model”, which was recently held for the fourth time at the Russian Foreign Trade Academy. The texts of the tasks that the teams were requested to solve are annexed to this article.
