Abstract

It is distinctive for African countries, their regional bodies, and international organizations to set forward coordinated initiatives aimed at improving the investment climate. They include measures for achieving economic stability, improving and harmonizing administrative procedures related with investing and doing business. Of particular significance also are initiatives to set up information networks that can provide foreign entrepreneurs, including Russian entities, with contemporary information on the current and promising investment projects in Africa.
