An integrated model of creation and operation of international strategic alliances

Abstract

The article is devoted to the research on the contemporary types of strategic alliances. The main goal of the paper is to suggest a complex approach to international strategic alliances classification based on the model of their establishment and operation. The model allows to systematize and logically connect the existing different theoretical approaches to alliances classifi cation as well as to add new types of alliances to it. The research results may be used by companies in their business activities that intend to establish a strategic alliance under international competition.
