Abstract

The article considers the development of natural resources in the Russian Arctic, Arctic promising projects and strategic cooperation with foreign partners in terms of restrictive measures against domestic industry of Russia. A number of issues related to the development of the Northern sea route, assessment of the role and importance of transport along the NSR, improvement of the tariff measures and training system of the Arctic are analyzed. It is shown that the introduction of innovative, high-performance technology and the development of research activities in the Arctic will contribute to the national interests and economic security of Russia.
