Abstract

In the present article substantive provisions on a management of execution of the international contracts of purchase and sale at realization of export-import transactions by the Russian participants of foreign trade activities are stated. The article contents includes practical operations and actions of the Russian legal bodies (exporters and importers) which are necessary for carrying out and considering execution of contracts taking into account the current legislation of the Russian Federation, experience and practice of authors of the article. The stated questions, according to authors, can be rather useful and interesting to students, listeners and teachers of the academy, who maybe interested in similar problematics.
