Abstract

In the modern world, the issue of exports of education services is becoming increasingly important. Developed countries adopt legal acts aimed at promoting education services to foreign markets. In Russia, such a document was adopted only in 2017 and now the Russian Government faces the task of attracting foreign students to Russian educational organizations. However, there are barriers to the development of exports of Russian education services. The authors analyze the best practices of OECD countries in the field of education services exports and propose solutions to overcome the existing barriers to the exports of Russian education.
