Offset Transactions in International and Russian Foreign Trade

Abstract

Russia practices different forms and methods of export, import and investment operations. Some of them including off set transactions are complex and need government support. The current export support system can’t be considered as efficient due to the lack of holistic foreign economic strategy. Th e state needs to apply complex approach to reach synergy effect in this fi eld, with CIS countries as well.
