Abstract

In the article, the authors look into the various theoretical concepts of international cooperation and the use of different interpretations of the term. Besides, they analyze the evolution of cooperative relationships, emphasize the formation of cooperation within the production networks of companies, prove the expansion of cooperative relationships in the spheres of R&D and marketing. Attraction of customers to participate in new product development is one of the recent trends in cooperation development. The authors emphasize the crucial importance of using innovation in the implementation of cooperation agreements.
