Abstract

The article presents an overview of the common approaches to the innovative development based on the author’s definition of “innovative potential. The author considers that international cooperation is crucial for companies’ expansion Practical solutions regarding the collaboration processes that are aimed to overcome the negative consequences of the 1990s are suggested in the article.
