Abstract

In the article, the authors consider the main directions of import operations, when importing complete equipment to Russia, characterize pre-contract preparations and analyze the basic provisions of the contract (a preamble, a contract subject, certification of the imported equipment,
terms and dates of delivery, shipment terms, packing, marking, terms of payment, guarantees). The special attention is paid to the drawing up and execution of frame import contracts for complete equipment.
