Abstract

In this article a brief analysis of international practices in using and improving the mechanics of public-private partnership in the OECD, the EU, the Eurasian Economic Community, the BRICS has been done. The key ways to expand the practice of using the mechanisms of public-private partnership and also the main trends in industrial projects realization and investments attraction are determined. Basing on this analysis, the authors provide suggestions for the development of concession as one of the mechanisms of public-private partnership. There are recommendations on the use of some tools for attracting foreign capital into the projects realized on the territory of Russian Federation.
