Abstract

In the article, the recent trends in the development of international and Russia’s foreign trade in services are analyzed. The features, risks and advantages of the service sector after Russia’s entry to the WTO are considered. Current challenges of competitiveness in transportation, tourism,
education, constructing, telecommunications and IT services sectors are revealed.
