Abstract

The aim of this study is to identify changes in the product and geographical structure of Russian exports to the countries of the European Union (EU) in recent years. As a result, the tendency towards a decrease in the EU’s share in Russian exports and preservation of raw and semi-raw materials orientation by our country was confirmed. The analysis of the geographical structure of Russian exports made it possible to single out some discrepancy between the program goals of Russia’s foreign economic policy and its actual state. The article identifies the directions for improving the state policy in the development of Russian non-mineral exports in terms of creating favorable foreign trade conditions.
