Abstract

The article examines one of the major aspects of bilateral economic cooperation. Based on the example of relations between two states with different scope and levels of national economy development the author correlates the rate of social and economic growth of adjacent territories and reveals the advantages of neighborhood. Special focus is made on the issue of interagency coordination and state regulation of cross-border economic ties.
