Abstract

The author considers the results of the eighth Conference of the WTO Ministers (December, 2011), and the results of the discussion of possible ways of continuing negotiations under the WTO Trade Negotiations Committee. The article also focuses on basic provisions of the Draft agreement on measures on trade procedures facilitation. Some conclusions on Russia’s membership in the WTO were rovided.
