Abstract

At the moment globalization process in world economy is accelerating. One of the conditions for long-term development of Russian business is its participation in this process, its transnationalisation. The aim of this article is to analyze preconditions of transnationalistion of Russian oil&gas transnational corporations (TNCs), advantages of transnationalisation for the companies and the government and to evaluate the impact of the global financial crisis on their development.
