International business strategies of mobile operators

In view of the trends in international trade in cellular mobile services, the efforts of mobile operators are mostly directed toward external markets. Largest Russian mobile operators are also involved in this process and internationalization is an important element of their strategies. The author pay special attention to the following issues: stages of international business strategy development, advantages and disadvantages of different methods of entering new markets and main conditions for international business strategy realization.
