Working out the strategy of innovative portfolio of the company products

The article is devoted to a theme which is new to the problematics of strategic management – to formation of an innovative portfolio of the company products. The analysis of problems of five various stages of formation of an innovative portfolio is substantially given. The mechanism of strategic development of this portfolio is shown on «Moskot-shuz» Company example – the company specializing in manufacturing and trading fashionable footwear. The company trade mark is «Moscotte».
