Abstract

The article presents an overview of the global legal order in terms of international law with the identified trends, patterns, and problems peculiar to the modern period of the formation of a multipolar world. The transformation processes of the global legal system into a global normative system, with attention to the changing vector and content of globalization, are traced. The methods of regulatory influence on international relations in the community of states are shown, with an emphasis on international economic relations. The civilizational approach is used.
