Experts in the fi eld of agricultural production and trade of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations and the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development published reports on the state and trends of world trade in agricultural products in 2019-2020, in which they noted significant changes. The article considers the key aspects related to the creation of global value chains in the world agricultural market and the practices of individual countries in the reorganization of the agri-food sector to bring domestic products with high added value to foreign markets.
