Abstract

The investment market is one of the key areas within Russian-African relations development in recent years that requires exploring the existing problems and prospects for trade and economic cooperation in the region. The SWOT analysis method applied in the article allows not only to take into account external and internal investment factors, but also to provide suggestions for improvement. The author proposes the concept of territorial interests of the geographer A.A. Tkachenko as a common (conceptual) basis for the Russian-African investment cooperation.
