Abstract

Malaysia is a major global manufacturer of electronic components, in particular microelectronic circuits of various types. A significant part of the production is export-oriented. These products are exported to the USA, European countries, Japan and many other countries. Russia also imports such circuits when required by the domestic market. In recent months, the market environment has become increasingly difficult after the United States and countries that are American allies imposed anti-Russian trade sanctions, trade relations have been disrupted, and a significant part of the goods in question is delivered through third countries.
