Abstract

Since 2022, following the imposition of economic sanctions on Russia’s financial services sector, countries supporting the sanctions policy have issued warnings urging financial institutions to exercise heightened vigilance against potential sanctions and restrictions evasion attempts, and have established authorized institutions responsible for the administration and enforcement of export controls.
The article appeals to a wide audience, and will be useful for business leaders, managers, and participants in foreign economic activity.
