Abstract

Several papers on the current state and issues in the global financial system, problems of financial and monetary relations between Russia and foreign countries were submitted for presentation at the scientific-practical conference. Th e papers examine the issues of the state budget policy at
the present time, analyze significant items of public spending in a number of foreign countries and in Russia, as well as their changes. The presentations covered the issues of economic cooperation between Russian and Latin American banks, issues of innovations in the banking sector, problems of cooperation in the fi nancial sector between Russia and the EU countries, the processes of establishing by the European Union a common classification system for “sustainable” economic practices or “EU taxonomy”. Interest was aroused by the presentation on the analysis of foreign exchange settlements in Russia and the EU countries at the present stage. It touches upon the issues of the “sanctions” relations between Russia and the Western world – Europe and the USA, which have changed significantly in recent times, causing, among other things, the instability of the international monetary system. In the papers of a number of authors, on the issues of budgeting of different levels in Russia and abroad are considered, it is noted that tax planning methods in Russian business are currently being modified.
