Given sanctions regime of the West (as of June 2024 EU has introduced a 14th package of sanctions with serious limitations put on maritime sector) the market has seen a substitution of linear majors by less familiar to shippers carriers. Th us, the paper has put the E-Shipping case to the front and identifi ed key induced stumbling points. The authors end up with practical outcomes on how to avoid typical problems in future.
