Abstract

The new fifth, the post–industrial technological order, completely changes the global economic and political cooperation in the world – there are changes in terms of international relations. Such changes have a direct impact on the international division of labor and trade relations. Scientific and technical cooperation is a link in these relations. From 2022-2024, the geopolitical landscape in the world has been changing, and the United States, using its influence in many areas, helps to contain Russia and China both in the international arena and in other areas of international economic relations. One of these tools is the pressure on the scientific and technological sphere. Therefore, strengthening relations between Russia and China in the scientific and technological sphere is mutually beneficial for the two countries and solves a whole list of economic tasks at once.
