Abstract

The article analyzes the trade and economic cooperation between Russia and the Republic of India at the present stage. The Russian Federation and the Republic of India are important economic partners with significant potential for developing and strengthening cooperation on a mutually beneficial basis. In the context of economic sanctions imposed by Western countries against Russia, the analysis of mutual trade between Russia and India seems to be an urgent task. The purpose of the article is to study the current state of trade and economic cooperation between Russia and India and assess their further development. The paper studies the dynamics of trade turnover and its structure, identifies the main problems hindering the development of trade cooperation between the countries, and considers ways to overcome them to further strengthen the partnership between the two countries, and assesses the prospects for their further cooperation based on an analysis of investment projects.
