Abstract

The article deals with the ways to improve management of enterprises both in China and other countries. The main stages, features and challenges of modern corporate management in China in the context of state-business interaction are presented. The article examines the key principles of enterprise management for attracting public investments and foreign capital. Time management practices aimed at corporate growth are considered and the specifics of trust-based relationship building at enterprises are revealed. Promising areas for implementation of innovations and generation of brand new ideas are presented.
