Abstract

The article examines the basic stages in the development of transnational corporations in China under state reforms. The time intervals for the establishment and strengthening of transnational corporations in China are analyzed. The role of government authorities in the country’s industrial
policy is highlighted. The current market mechanisms for managing multinational companies are considered. Measures aimed at improving the competitiveness of industrial enterprises in the priority sectors are summarized, and the share of Chinese companies in foreign markets is assessed. The principles that promote exports of goods of their own production to international markets are substantiated.
