Abstract

The article deals with the global practice of regulation of duty-free importation of goods by international mail, the majority of which is purchased as part of cross-border e-commerce. Special attention is paid to recent changes in the regulation of this issue in China, and also was made an analysis of the situation in the EAEU with regard to consolidation of standard of duty-free importation by international mail.
